# Dropbox API Error

 * uploads to dropbox are “failing” with
 * ERROR: Exception caught in Error: Call to undefined method BackWPup_Destination_Dropbox_API_Request_Exception::
   error()
 * Although it looks like the files are transferred to Drobpox.
 * I set up the backkup jobs through MainWP’s dashboard and forgot to put in a destination
   directory. Could that be the issue?

 * Hi [@sterndata](https://wordpress.org/support/users/sterndata/), indeed that 
   is the issue. This bug will be fixed in the next version, but in the meantime
   you can either set a destination folder, or contact us and we’ll give you an 
   updated file that fixes this bug.

 * Brandon, is there any release date for that fix version? I’m using version 3.4.0
   of Backwpup and the issue is still there. Thanks
