    Hello,

I’ve downloaded and installed the Dropbox (Mac version) on my Mac desktop. I’m trying to open it by double-clicking the icon to see if some of the files I stored in it are there, but it doesn’t open. Can anyone tell me what I need to do to open it?

    Thanks.

Is this related to WordPress? Try here: https://www.dropbox.com/gs

Thanks, WPyogi. Yes, I clicked the link you gave, and it took me to my WP Dropbox, showing I had successfully completed the installation and put in files in it. The problem is that I can’t open the Dropbox to see if the files are there. When I double-click it, I get the message asking to double-click it (again) to “install.” I do that and I get the message, again, that the installation is complete. But then I can’t have access to the Dropbox.

Wonder what I am doing wrong.

    Thanks again.

This really does not have anything to do with WP, but since I use Dropbox, I can tell you that it typically installs an icon on your menu bar – top of screen right side – click on that icon and it has choices about opening the dropbox folder on your computer or going to the website in your browser.

For additional help, you really need to contact the Dropbox folks or use their tutorials which are quite good.
