Drop in does not show in firefox and on laptop google chrome

    Hi,
    I am using google map pro. i have added various addresses on maps. It appears as Drop in pins on the big screen in the chrome only. But it does not appear on my laptop in chrome and also not appearing in firefox on any screen size.
