Drop & Drag Not Working Working Correctly

I have about 50 drafts in the editorial sidebar. About half way down the list, the hover icon to drag the post out and onto the calendar disappears. So if I am on draft #24 and move to draft #25 the icon disappears. How can this be fixed?
