• Hi Guys,
I am trying to add opacity to the main nav drop down menus and it’s not rendering. I am putting the code into chile stylesheet, should I be importing the menu.php and add it there or should it render in the style sheet and be inherited by the parent? I am new so excuse any ignorance.
I want the drop down to look like the following page: http://www.protaper.com/

  • OK, presh22. Could you tell me your site’s name to have a look?

Main nav isn’t rendering opacity because I can’t seem to find where that specific code should be changed

I’ve checked your site and it seems like javascript/jquery is controlling your opacity over your drop down menus being part of your theme, so, its complicated. You have to modify the javascript code. This can’t be done with a css style trick. Maybe the theme’s author can help you.

Johnny, Thanks for taking the time to look into this. I thought there may have been some fort of override going on. Thanks again.
