Drop Down Menu Won't Show

Hey all,

I’m using a child theme of TwentyEleven, and for some reason ar another the dropdown menu won’t show. Here is the CSS I’m working with:

I know it’s a bit sloppy, and now the drop down menus are invisible. (I can still see their space in developer tools, but they dont show visually). Any help would be amazing!
