   happens to all of my dropdown menu, not just one.
 * I have tried : Appearance → Customize → Menus → Kale Menu Settings and enable“
   Enable DropDown Menu Parent Nodes” option. But nothing seems to change.
 * Can someone please help me with this?
 * Thank you.

 * Hi wynnekatherine.
 * Thank you for contacting us and for using our theme. We appreciate it.
 * Sorry about this issue. It could be caused by some JavaScript conflict caused
   by some plugin or if you have MailChimp pop-up script active.
 * Could you please try to temporarily disable all plugins and remove MailChimp
   pop-up script if you have it, and see what happens?
 * If everything gets back to normal, start enabling plugins one by one while reloading
   a page, until it gets blank again. Then you’ll know which one is causing it.
 * Please let me know what happens.
 * Kind regards.

 * Hi.
 * Thank you for your reply.
 * I have tried turning all of my plugins off and on again, and found out that apparently
   the YOAST SEO plugin was the one that conflicted with the theme. Is there anything
   that I can do about this?

 * Thank you for coming back with that information.
 * It is really strange since we have countless users of Kale who use Yoast SEO
   and have absolutely zero issues with it.
 * First update Yoast to the latest version, if you haven’t done that already and
   then please install and activate [https://wordpress.org/plugins/send-system-info/](https://wordpress.org/plugins/send-system-info/)
   and see what gets reported for PHP and MySQL versions.
    If it is anything belove
   version 5.6.x please contact your hosting support and ask for the upgrade.
 * Please let me know what happens.

 * Hi.
 * I have went back to my hosting support, and the PHP is 7.0
    as for the MySQL
   it’s 5.6
 * When I asked for an upgrade, it was mentioned that there is a 5.7, however since
   I am on a shared hosting, it will not be possible to upgrade it without it affecting
   other sites. I was also told that a lot of other sites are using the 5.6 just
   fine with YoastSEO.

 * Thank you for coming back with that information.
 * Yes, Yoast works well with PHP and MySQL version of 5.6 so that is not the reason
   behind such strange behaviour.
 * I’d need to take a look of the issue from your Dashboard and since I’m not allowed
   to ask for the login credentials here, could you please go to [https://www.lyrathemes.com/support/](https://www.lyrathemes.com/support/)
   and open a new support ticket so that we can continue with this?
 * Kind regards.

 * @wynnekatherine, As [@siniplyrathemes](https://wordpress.org/support/users/siniplyrathemes/)
   mentioned we have tested Kale with the latest version of Yoast and also have
   received no reports of there being a conflict between the plugin and the theme.
   If you can send us details if your website, our support team would be happy to
   investigate the dropdown menu issue for you further: [https://www.lyrathemes.com/support/](https://www.lyrathemes.com/support/)
