Drop Down Menu on Mobile

    Hello all – hopefully this is a quick one.

    I have a drop down menu on my Parallel Theme which seems to be working great on the computer. The Service Areas drop down works great, but when I try to do it on my iPhone on Google Chrome app, there is no drop down. Any suggestions how to fix this? What am I missing?

    Suggestions:

    -mobile menu operation is theme dependent. start a topic to ask for guidance from theme’s support team https://wordpress.org/support/theme/parallel/

    -alternatively: install health check plugin which can be used in troubleshooting mode to deactivate all plugins and theme – might help narrow down the source of the issue with the navigation menu operation on small devices https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/ — does the issue continue to happen if you temporarily change to a theme like twenty twenty one and deactivate all plugins?
