# Drop down menu – no link please

 * Hello everyone,
    first of all thanks for this great and free theme. I am building
   a menu-structure, and want to add some drop-down lists to different tabs of my
   menu. these sub-menus are cklickable and lead to a new site. The original tab/
   menu-point should not be clickable, just serve as an collection-point for the
   drop-down elements. I hope you get what I mean.
 * Hopefully someone can help?

   can put `#` as the link in the top-level item. It’s not the greatest for accessibility
   or mobile, but it works otherwise. 🙂 Best practice is to make top-level items
   link to pages.
