# Drop-down menu issue.

 * There’s a drop down menu in my contact form but for some reason it’s not behaving
   correctly. When I click on the upper part of the drop down it won’t open. It 
   opens only when I click on the lower part of the menu. In order to make it function
   properly I have to scroll all the way down. An then when the menu sits at the
   top of the screen it starts to work correctly. This happens on Chrome btw.
 * This shouldn’t be like that. Please help :c
