  • Hi Dumpeal,

I took a look at the site but was unable to see where our plugin was being used. I did notice a form from a different WordPress plugin (http://dannyvankooten.com/mailchimp-for-wordpress/), but we’d be unable to support that.

If using our official plugin (http://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp/) when seeing this issue, you may want to try clicking “Update List” when your list is selected in the plugin’s setup. This should refresh the plugin’s settings to keep the correct types of fields enabled in the form, including drop down menus.

If you’re still having this issue, please let us know which precise form you’re using and the label of the field that is the problem on that form.
    Thanks,
    Gabe

Thank you, Gabe, for fast respond,
now I use your plugin but now there is no ‘Subscribe’ button. I use HTML code from ‘Embedded form code’. And I tried everything, ‘Subscribe’ button is hidden all the time…

Please help me to resolve it.
    Thanks,
    Alex

    Hi Dumpeal,

The plugin (http://wordpress.org/plugins/mailchimp/) and the embedded form code are actually two separate things, where the plugin doesn’t require you adding HTML to your site and instead lets you put our signup widget in place.

However, if you’re having trouble with the Embedded Form code copied from within MailChimp itself, there can sometimes be CSS issues pertaining to the class on the button in the embedded code. If you find the <div> tag around the subscribe button and change the class="clear" attribute to something else like class="show" or class="notclear" that should make the subscribe button visible.

Please let us know if you need continued assistance.
