I’m having exactly the same problem with drop down menus in the spacious theme, although mine is a problem in Chrome too. I checked your website today and your menu now seems to be working fine. Could you please tell me how you resolved it the issue.

Mine was in Chrome too…
I’ve installed the Max-Menu plugin (http://nirint.eu/wp-admin/plugin-install.php?tab=plugin-information&plugin=megamenu&TB_iframe=true&width=600&height=550) on mine and activated this without setting too many options, easy install and config mostly, seems it will set the z-index properly, no more issues since then, and using the menu plugin on more sites since.

I am having a similar problem and need a fix right away.
I am using the spacious theme on 3 different websites with no problems with the dropdown menu at all.
However, on jcslittlebigband.com/wp_admin, the dropdown menu will not expand on my Iphone nor if I resize my window in Chrome, Firefox or Safari on my pc.
Please help!

Hi AnnaSue,
Not working here either. I’m suspecting a Z-index issue on mobile, have you tried setting up the Max-Menu plugin? This solved my problem..

Is that the same as Max-Mega-Menu?
I installed Max-Mega-Menu and it made no difference.
It doesn’t just happen on mobile but also in Chrome and Firefox and Safari on my PC if I reduce the size of the window.

Yes, same as max-mega-menu. Sorry for the faulty earlier link… And I noticed the problem indeed in all browsers as well.
I just did a comparison and checked my sites using Spacious Pro (have quite a few), and they all seem fine, also without the Max-Menu plugin. The CSS for my sites and your site are the same. I tried to set the Z-index on the menu css, but this made no difference, very strange behaviour.
Maybe re-installing the theme will help, or some other plugin is in the way, did you try de-activating all plugins, and check if the problem persist?
If it works on other sites for you there is no visible reason it should not work here.

I think the only plugin I installed on that site was a form plugin. Would that mess with it? It is Contact Form Builder.
If I reinstall the theme, do I lose all my settings? How do you reinstall?
