    Hi,
if an user does not accept marketing cookies, the drop-down (hamburger) menu does not work!
When the user does accept marketing cookies, it works.
    what could be the problem?

If the normal main menu is used (Elementor Header & Footer Builder deactivated) everything works fine.

I’m using elementor free, Astra theme, WordPress 6.1 and cookiebot plugin.

    Thanks in advance!
    Kind regards

  • Hello @gianfranco718 ,

Thank you for your kind patience and we are sorry for the delay in response here.

This is a really strange thing, I have never seen such an issue with any other site(s) where EHF is installed. Did not receive anything like this from any other EHF user(s) till now.

Did you check this by deactivating other third-party plugins to make sure if it is a conflict issue?

If still something is going wrong then we need to check the settings from the back-end if you allow us and test by login into your site to troubleshoot further things from our end. I will discuss this with our developer also if needed after that.
