drop down menu fix for mobile device

    Hey there,

    I am trying to get a simple website online for my music group, but although the so simple theme is responsive, the dropdown menu doesn’t work on mobile devices, so i stay stuck on the homepage. The top menu shown on laptop browsers is replaced by a solid block saying ‘primary menu’. How can i fix this ? Can i update the theme or change the code ? Would be very grateful if you could help !

    i did a comflict test as you suggested to other users facing the same issues. i found out that the dropdown works fine on mobile devices with the ‘twenty fifteen’ theme, but not with the one i’m using called ‘so simple’. the designer of the theme didn’t answer my mail about this issue. any help would be very appreciated !!!
