Hi patzivota22,
I’ve just tested your site on an iPhone 5 and for me your menu / submenu is working fine, on the front page and also on posts. So I can’t reproduce this and there are also no other users with this issue.
Regards
Michael
Hello Michael, I thank you kindly for your quick reply and for testing my site out on an iPhone 5.
The issue kept taking place on my iPhone 5. I resided to asking my brother, an iPhone user, to give it a try, and he discovered no issues. I was baffled at this point. Why is this issue only taking place on my iPhone? What am I doing differently that no one else is? I sent my brother a screenshot of my website on my phone and he replied, “what’s that bar at the top?” I said, “it’s for editors, so you can make a quick edit to the page or access your sites features quickly.” He says, “you think that bar is causing any usability issues?” I say, “that’s highly doubtful.”
But then I thought about it for a second. I decided to access my site in a way I’ve never accessed it before… as a user.
I logged out of WordPress and accessed my site as a normal user. Bam! Problem fixed!
The problem resides only when I’m accessing my site logged into the editor!
This is an interesting bug–one that is not problematic for users, but only for editors. I can put up with that!
Thanks again, Michael!
Hi patzivota22,
thanks for your update on this and I’m happy that you’ve solved it.
That admin bar when you are logged in is not part of the theme, it is default in WordPress.
Btw. if you like the theme, you can support us by leaving a review. 😉
