drop down filter for files on server

    I have website where I want to “drop in” a chosen pdf attachment. There are roughly 1400 pdfs to choose from and are all obscure names.
    I have a spread sheet that links the images serialized file names to the information it contains.
    This is for a series of property lot plans for real estate for sale.
    Is there a way to “drill down” to a file you want to attach to a post or page based on the information in columns from an excel spreadsheet?
