   themes in Dreamweaver CS4?

 * Dreamweaver plugins, for the most part are commercial-ware. There is ‘ThemeDreamer’
   and version 0.62 is cross-platform and very stable. You can also write them for
   a 30 plus day ‘trial period’, its fully functional and their trial periods are
   liberal/honor based (in other words it doesn’t ‘timeout’ on the 30 day mark).
