# DreamObjects: Failure

 * I had been using UpdarftPlus for about a few months in about 8 of my websites.
   All of these have stopped connecting to DreamObjects now. When I click on “Test
   DreamObjects Settings” button I get the following error:
 * > DreamObjects settings test result: Failure: We could not successfully access
   > or create such a bucket. Please check your access credentials, and if those
   > are correct then try another bucket name (as another DreamObjects user may 
   > already have taken your name).
   >  The error reported by DreamObjects was: UpdraftPlus_S3Exception:
   > UpdraftPlus_S3::putBucket(bucketname, private, us-east-1): (601 SSL certificate
   > problem: certificate has expired in /srv/disk3/1667567/ www/mydomain.com/wp-
   > content/plugins/updraftplus/includes/ S3.php:483 Stack trace: #0 /srv/disk3/
   > 1667567/www/mydomain.com/wp-content/ plugins/updraftplus/includes/S3.php(483):

 * Then I enabled the “Use the server’s SSL certificates” option under Expert settings
   but again got a different error as follows:
 * > DreamObjects settings test result: Failure: We successfully accessed the bucket,
   > but the attempt to create a file in it failed. Please check your access credentials.(
   > UpdraftPlus_S3::putObject(): [60] SSL certificate problem: certificate has 
   > expired)
 * Finally, I enabled the “Do not verify SSL certificates” option under Expert settings
   and got the success notification as follows:
 * > DreamObjects settings test result: Success: We accessed the bucket, and were
   > able to create files within it. The communication with DreamObjects was encrypted.
 * What is this issue? I feel like Updraft needs to check its settings for connecting
   to DreamObjects which might have changed somehow. Please give me a fix for this
   issue. Your wonderful plugin needs to be on track back again asap 🙂

 * Just updated from version 1.16.25 to version 1.16.26 and the issue is fixed.
