Drag and Drop not working

Hi – I have 2 almost identical WordPress sites – same plugins, theme etc- on one the plugin works perfectly and on the other the drag-and-drop function to re-order my categories doesn’t work at all – I can pick up an item but cannot release it! Very strange… Any ideas? Many thanks
