Drag and drop not sending a message

Unfortunately the contact form has stopped working with the file upload. I saw another post about this but as it was resolved I created a new topic. All the settings appear okay with no changes it has recently stopped.
The contact form will send with no upload but anything uploaded breaks the form. links below for our settings

I am encountering the same error in my site grupotorresocana: if any attachment is added the form would still be sent but no files are sent and an error occurs (which means no visual confirmation for the user that the form was sent occurs):
I am using CF7 V5.9.2 and latest WordPress. I reverted to 1.3.7.4 but still same error.
The error seems to occur in this file during the POST request to
contact-forms/${e.wpcf7.id}/feedback
I tried submitting a Contact Form 7 without this plugin and the error is not there. So the error seems to be due to this plugin.@davidtorresocana, there’s some kind of code outputted on the response which prevent the confirmation message to display.
Please check your theme (functions.php) or may custom code/plugins and see if there’s any recent code or changes.
