Drag and drop – jumping selected item further down page

Trying to re-order a long list of team members for a client. When I grab a row in order to move it further down or up the list, as soon as I click to drag it, the selected row jumps me further down the page… unless I make a note of where the row was; who was above and below, it’s very hard to order correctly.

This was not an issue back in early March and has been for at least 2 weeks.

Happy to screen-record if necessary and attach/send if helpful.

Just need a resolution/info as to what is happening as the client is getting frustrated.
