Draft page still showing on the website

    I am having issues with the ecommerce shopping cart page. I don’t use it and have no need for it, yet I can’t get rid of it from my site? It has only just appeared so not sure what has actually happened. I have followed the instructions at the top of the page to set the page as draft, which I have, but it is still showing on my site.

    Annoyingly this adds a word too many on my menu which makes it look silly now too.

    HELP!

    If you don’t need the shopping cart, do you need the ecommerce plugin at all? You could just remove it. If it is actually a page, you could delete it. If it is a matter of setting a page, just don’t set it.

    About the menu, just go to appearance > menus and set your own menu. That way it shows what you want.

    Hi, thanks for replying.

    I think it’s automatic – there is no ecommerce plugin activated. If you delete the page it comes back automatically. There is a message at the top to say that, and that if I don’t want it to show on my website to mark the page as draft. So I did that, and it doesn’t work. It still shows.

    what plugin have you used to create the ecommerce page?
    what does the developer of your theme have to say about the problem?
    are you using any cache plugins?

    I haven’t used an ecommerce plugin!!!
    I haven’t asked the theme developer as I was hoping to get an answer her.
    I have no idea about cache plugins.

    I have removed it from the menu so that has solved the problem.
