Hi,
please make sure you include “php” in the list of extensions that Slimstat should treat as “downloads”, since your links don’t point directly to the PDF, but they go to an interstitial page:
https://www.8mq.it/wp-content/plugins/download-attachments/includes/download.php?id=1250
You can find this option under Slimstat > Settings > Tracker > Link Tracking.
Best,
Jason
I’ve tried, but it seems not to work.
Maybe some other settings don’t work…

Ok, we found the glitch (it was a sneaky one). The tracker was getting confused because of the query string attached to the extension. A bugfix is included in the next update. Thank you for pointing this out!
Best,
Jason
If you want to test it in advance, it’s already on our Github repo.
I’ll wait for the next official version release, thank you.
Sure, that’s perfectly fine.
Hi,
just to let you know that the plugin seems not to recognize the downloads made via mouse-wheel (maybe it is not an issue?), but with the left button works fine.
Thank you.
Support for the middle button (mouse wheen) is not fully consistent across the board, even though it’s been a while since I checked, so things might have improved. I will do some research and see if this can be easily implemented now.
Thank you for bringing this up,
Jason
