Downloads Remaining Stopped Updating in June

I did a Woocommerce update in June and didn’t realize till later that “downloads remaining” in the order’s Product Permission section stopped updating at that time. Orders since then all say “Downloaded 0 times” and the limit I have set (10), doesn’t change. However, I do have a separate plugin for a download monitor and that does show me what’s being downloaded, so the info is getting written somewhere, just not being picked up by Woocommerce.

BTW, I did deactivate that download monitor plugin, as well as my cache for the hell of it, to see if that would make a difference, but no.

Not sure what’s up and doesn’t seem to be other threads about it, thought I’d see if you have any ideas though.

Can you send us a screenshot showing that part, you can use https://snipboard.io – please follow the instructions on that page, then paste the URL in this thread.

Please note that the plugin
WooCommerce Download monitor: by pickplugins – 1.0.6 has been closed as of April 8, 2021.

To isolate the issue you can perform the following steps:

Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
Chech the order download

If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
