 * I’ve been looking for a good file manager plugin, but haven’t found one to my
   liking…
 * Is it possible to easily add this functionality to WordPress:
 * – Allow downloads of files either stored in the database or just in some folder
   on my webspace but only to users of a certain level and above – disallow downloads
   to unregistered users and users below a certain level…

 * Thanks, works great; I’d like some other suggestions though perhaps with a user
   interface to list files and file categories?
