    Digital downloads don't work.
    Documentation is poor.
    Support is more interested in arguing with users, closing topics and marking them resolved than actually acknowledging an issue.

    Digital downloads don't work.

    They work for the majority of eShop.s 50,000 - 100,000 other users. You didn't even bother posting your own topic asking for support.

    Documentation is poor.

    If you call 88 pages of online documentation and a dedicated support forum with an average turnaround of 24 hours for all tickets "poor", I'd be curious to see what you define as "good".

    FYI: we allow at least 2 weeks for the original poster's to get back to us after we ask a question or post a solution. You decided to post in a older, resolved, thread and then threw a fit on being asked to post your own topic by one of eShop's developers.
