download.php to support older links

    Please add a way to support older download links, I use some externally from an application via download/php?id=… so with this gone in the new version it makes it for a hard path to transition from 3.x (also the different IDs).

    Ideally you would add a download.php in the root plugin folder that translates the older url format to a new download link.
