Downloading Resume

    Hello,
    I am using your plugin to post jobs. For those posting, I am getting a lot of resumes that are being uploaded to my server.

    I want to know – Which location on my File Manager can I go and download those pdf, word resumes in Bulk by selecting all, so that I can free up space.

    Is there a way to regularly keep them downloaded on my local hard drive with Candidate Name or any reference numbers so that I may access them easily matching their names ?

    Please reply as I am running out of server space.

    Hi @shawn007,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    The documents are getting uploaded to a separate folder in your uploads. You can find this folder from ‘wp-content/uploads/awsm-job-openings’.

    Could you please explain the second query in detail?

    Hello Vidya,

    Thank you for responding.

    The second query is related to File Names of Resume. I have noticed that all files are renamed to random numbers or digits.

    Is there a way to keep a track of the resume based on the Candidate’s Name? Let’s say, A user named ‘VIDYA’ uploaded a resume. And when I download, instead of random file names in CV, can your Plugin name the FILENAME is VIDYA or any Matching number which helps me understand that – This candidate VIDYA’S resume belongs to this record ??

    Hi @shawn007,

    Sorry! Currently, it is not possible. When we use filename for the bulk downloaded files, it will not be secure. For security reasons, we had hidden it. You can individually download the resumes for getting the filename with the name of the applicant.
