Downloading form submissions data

    I’m new to this plugin and I’m running some tests.
    When I download the submissions, the results differ depending on how I download: if I select “Download as PDF”, the PDF shows the submitted form responses, while if I select “Download as CSV” or “Download as Excel”, the file shows the submission data (such as device, browser, IP address, etc.).

    Is this a bug?

    Thanks for bringing this to our attention!

    Yes, we’ve been able to reproduce the issue on our end. When exporting submissions as CSV or Excel, the files currently show submission metadata instead of the actual form responses.

    Rest assured, I’ve forwarded this to our development team, and a fix will be included in the next update.

    Good news! The issue with CSV and Excel exports showing submission metadata instead of actual form responses has been resolved in the latest v1.1.0 update.

    Please update your FormGent plugin to the newest version, and everything should work as expected.
