Looks like due to recent API changes, Download to media library functionality stopped working.

We investigated by jumping in code and found that the download URL we getting is not without extension, getty_images_download endpoint is checking extension and throwing Invalid filename error.

Yes, you’re absolutely correct in your identification of the issue. We’re actively working on getting a fix in place. I’ll drop a note to you here when we have the fix in place.
