Updated from 4.5.99 to 4.6.2. Upgraded the database per Download Monitor’s notice. Now the Reports page shows “No data” in all sections. In addition, I cannot change the Date Range from “Aug 29, 2022 – Sep 29, 2022”.

Running WordPress 6.0.2 multisite. This problem is occurring on the main site I am testing. I have not tested on other sites in the multisite.

See the before and after update report page screen shots: https://imgur.com/a/2r0Xhjk

    Am I missing something?

    Hello @gb24 ,

Could you please give us a screenshot with the date picker opened? Could you please clear your browsing cache and check again? Did you have any logs before the upgrade? Do you have any errors in the developer tool’s console?

    Warmly,
    Razvan

    @razvan,

    – the date picker is not responsive and cannot be opened, nothing happens on click
    – same response (no data) after clearing browser cache
    – 82,839 logs before update
    – see screenshot for developer’s tool console errors: https://imgur.com/a/DyKdxLk

Perhaps the database upgrade could not process 82k+ logs. Note there were no errors reported by the database upgrade.

    Thank you.

Could you please show me the response of the link you blurred in the picture if you copy-paste in a browser?

I believe the DM database upgrade may have failed on this site without reporting any errors with 82k+ logs.

Reports page looks fine after database upgrade on two other sites each with 16k+ logs.

I prefer not to show this full url publicly. Is it possible to PM or email you?

    Please mark this as resolved.

Thanks to help from DM support, the issue was determined to be a conflict with another plugin (WooCommerce PayPal Payments) which interfered with the REST API in my WordPress environment.

    Hi,

are there any plans to resolve the conflict with WooCommerce?

I have Download Monitor 4.7.1 and WooCommerce 7.0.0 installed.
