Can you post a screenshot of your widgets page to a free image hosting service?

Thanks!
I suggest you put in a support ticket at http://my.studiopress.com.

I am not able to, it is my clients account, and he doesn’t know his username and pass. Would anyone else be able to give me a hand?

Your client can put in an account support request (without being logged in). As long as he knows what email address he used to purchase someone there can tell him what his username is and how to retrieve his password.

Based on the screenshots there is something wrong with his WP install. He needs to get that sorted out. Whatever is causing it isn’t the slider plugin. Every widget that is registered is shown in the widgets screen in a normal WP install.

Right, I was thinking it had to do with the WP install to cause I am also having this crazy issue where every time i upgrade a page or blog it removes half the text. Something is screwed up with it. What’s the best way to go about reinstalling the WordPress without screwing anything up. That’s the last thing i would want

Hi Ron, so I uploaded those inclludes and admin folders using FTP and now my widget area is a bit different. It actually includes the Genesis Slider Option The problem I am having now is it is not taking up the whole widget of my website. Which area do I drag the slider into? The sidebars only display the sidebar portion and the other areas do simular things. Here is a screenshot of my current widget page.
Thanks
