Download Or Link Counter

Hello,

I wondered if it was possible, or if there is some kind of plugin which displays the amount of times somebody has downloaded or clicked on a link. I know there is such things available from an admins side of things, but id like a widget named ‘Most Downnloaded’ with the top downloads and the amount they’ve been downloaded. Ive numerous downloads on my site:

Anyone able to help me?
