Download Not Working in Mobile Andoid but works on Desktop

    Downloading PDF Files Download Manager links on my website is not working for mobile/tablets. Though it is working for my desktop computer.

    I tried downloading several different PDF files that are using ‘Download Manager’ links from my website using my tablet. They will not download and are listed as unsuccessful with the grey download icon on the tablet. Or it says download complete, but still shows a grey download button which says cannot open file.

    I have downloaded PDFs from other websites on the tablet no problem, and when they are downloaded the red Adobe icon shows. These successful ones from other websites can be opened and read.

    Downloading PDF files from my desktop is working just fine and the files open successfully.

    This leads me to believe that there is a problem with the Download Manager links in mobile.

    Version of Download Manager is 2.8.93

    in mobile device, you will need any file manager app for that.

    I am using the Google PDF Download Manager app.

    PDF downloads from other sites work just fine. Just not the links from my site.
