Can’t download messages.

All options are correct. When I’m trying to download the message, it seems, that it’s trying to generate the file, but nothing happened 🙁
I was trying to choose different formats – no result.

Please, advise

Contact Form version 3.97
Contact Form to DB version 1.5.3
