Hello. I have installed a plugin to add folders to organise images in library. However, I cannot download the folders to my computer. Any plugin allows me to do so? Thank you.

Please explore the options of the plugin you are using maybe the plugin providing the options to download the folders. Or you can post on the plugin support wall maybe the author can direct you better.

There are two ways of getting files onto your site, and once there, changing them.

1. By using the file manager provided in your host’s control panel. Popular file managers: cPanel, DirectAdmin, Plesk
2. By using an FTP or SFTP client
