  • You are seeing FOOTER_DOWNLOAD because this line is missing from the language file:
    /wp-online-store/includes/languages/english/checkout_success.php

    This line should appear near the bottom of the file just above the final ?> :

    define(‘FOOTER_DOWNLOAD’, ‘You can also download your products at a later time at \’%s\”);

    In your image the product name which appears above FOOTER_DOWNLOAD should be the link. If the link does not work you may have to right click on the page and View Page source to see if the actual link exists (maybe the theme or something else is blocking it).

    I wasn’t actually asking about footer_download, but I was curious about that. Is this why the download links won’t work?

    How did that language disappear as I haven’t edited it?

    The customer provided the screenshot and so getting a page source probably isn’t doable now. i’ve had this theme for a long time and it’s been working successfully with WPonline when I tested it.

    Not too sure what’s going on really but I’m about to disable the plugin as I can’t afford to spend another goodness knows how long troubleshooting yet another cart that won’t handle download links properly It’s been a frustrating few months so far. I think I’ll just go back to my previous set up – at least it was reliable, even if it wasn’t perfect. Thanks for your help, I do appreciate it.
