Download Links Not Appearing

    hi there

    I installed the latest version 3.8.14.4 and am running the latest wordpress version on Graphene theme, php version 5.3. The site sells both physical and downloadable products.

    My file was correctly uploaded and stored to /wp-content/uploads/wpsc/downloadables

    The file size then appeared in the Product Download box. The file download link there works.

    However, on going to purchase the product using the test gateway, the download link still does not appear in the Transaction results, nor in the email sent to the customer.

    I then set up a vanilla install of wordpress on the same server with 2014 theme with no plugins, installed WP Ecommerce plugin, and uploaded the 1.5mb .zip file there, with the same non-result at the Transaction page, and no link emailed to the customer.

    Any suggestions?

    Duh, of course it doesn’t work with the test gateway. As soon as I tested with a real payment gateway, it worked.

    When using the test gateway you will have to change the order status to Accepted payment before the download links will appear.

    in my Shop.php page i am beginner and i don’t know how to show
    anybody please help me…..
