I want to redirect buyers to a page where they can download several files that come with their purchase.

The purchase goes through and the buyer gets an email with the download link. However, when they click on the link it does not go to the web page. Instead it serves up the last part of the link as a download.

    Any help would be appreciated.

In other words, the link I enter into the Digital Products settings looks like this: http://thinkandgrowsuccess.com/video-products/intro-video-download-area/

When you click on the link in the email it tries to download this:
    intro-video-download-area/

Have a chat with your hosting provider. This is very a very common functionality that so many people are doing with my plugin.

It has to be something in your end.
    Thanks

Thanks for your reply. Can you please at least point me in the right direction as to what I might ask my Hosting Provider to look in to?

(i.e. What functionality would be disabled that would not allow this feature to work? .htaccess, PHP, etc…)

    Thanks!
