Download link emails no longer send

    I’ve been using this plugin with ease since May, with plenty of subscribers downloading my company’s brochure files through this plugin. I test downloadable links (send them to myself) immediately after I upload them, and I just noticed today that the email no longer sends — none of the emails have sent for the downloadable materials, and yes I’ve checked my inbox and junk mail.

    I’m not sure what options I have to fix this. I’ve tried downloading the link using my work and personal emails too, and nothing has sent. The emails registered in the subscriber portal as well.

    Hi,

    Our plugin uses the wp_mail() (WordPress core) function to send the emails, just like WordPress and many other plugins.

    There are many factors that influence the sending / receiving of emails. It is therefore advisable to read this article, to help you find out what is causing this issue.
