download files in e-commerce

    Hi,

    I use e-commerce together with gold cart. Right now I have pjysical products, but I would like to add files for download.

    I have added a download product. In shop it can be brought and buyer gets a confirmation mail. But how does the buyer gets the link for the download?

    The link for the download will be in the purchase email once the order is paid for.
    Also if you require users to be logged in then they can also download from the Your Account page

    Hi Mihai,

    Thank you for the reply. I have testet it again – and I don’t receive email with download when order is made and paid.

    We don’t require users to be logged in.

    Hope you have other solutions.
