# Download Failed – Network error

 * Submit form – OK
 * User Receives the email – OK
 * Click the link in the email – OK
 * Redirected to Page with 9 sec count down – OK
 * Download begins – then in the download bar at the bottom of Google Chrome I get
   error on the PDF download. Failed – Network error
 * I have reset the download link using the cron JOB url
    Direct link to PDF URL
   works
 * Downloading PDF via the plugin does not work
    WordPress 5.3.2 Also tried with
   PDF file in custom folder root/downloads/.pdf
 * same issue
