Download failed.: cURL error 60: SSL: no alternative certificate in CentOS 8

    When I’m trying to Update wordpress or any plugin’s, its not updating and showing this error message.

    “Update WordPress
    Downloading update from https://downloads.wordpress.org/release/wordpress-6.6.2-no-content.zip…

    Download failed.: cURL error 60: SSL: no alternative certificate subject name matches target host name ‘downloads.wordpress.org’

    Installation failed.”

    I’m using CentOS 8 with nginx in my VPS Server, aaPanel.

    Pls help……….

    CentOS 8 is considerably outdated. The certificate information in your server is probably too old, which is why curl cannot accept the current certificate from wordpress.org. To solve this, you should update your server. If you have any questions, please contact your CentOS community.
