Download entire list of appointments

    Hello,
    in order to export the list of my appointments in CSV format I manually load all the appointments I need from the “appointments” section in the dashboard and then export all visible appointments. Is it possible to download the entire list of my appointments in csv format without load them manually to make them visible?

    Hello @filippograssi

    Unfortunately, we don’t have a direct way to do this at the moment. But, an easier way to do this would be to use the Date Range View on the Appointments page. https://ssappts.com/guides/exporting-appointments-to-csv/#appointment-view

    Try to pick a Start/End day and time before you started booking appointments and then also far enough into the future to capture your upcoming appointments.

    This should load all your appointments without you needing to keep clicking ‘Load More Appointments’. If it’s taking a while to load, just give it a second and you’ll be able to Export.
