    1. In cPanel, go to Databases section and click **phpMyAdmin **
    2. On the left panel under the phpMyAdmin logo you will see two or more expandable
lists, these are the databases on your hosting. The one for WordPress often
has WP in the name. Click on this once.
    3. Your database opens on the main panel.
    4. At the top of this panel is a menu, click the **Export **tab.
    5. Dont change anything and press the **Go **button and your download should start.(
The option that says Quick is usually sufficient) for WordPress.
 * That’s the simplest way. There are plenty of more detailed explanations if you
   search Google.

 * For regular WordPress installations, everything is almost always in one database,
with some rare exceptions. As long as you download the correct database from
phpMyadmin, you will have all the data contained in that database.
 * If this stuff is critical to you then I reccomend setting up a copy of your site
on other hosting or on your computer to ensure everything works.
 * Important to note this is just the database, if you are backing up your entire
site, you still need to download all the files that make up your site, such as
the upload folders, plugins, themes and config file.
