Can u tell me if u have any JavaScript errors
I don’t see any, how do I check for errors. I must day also that because I don’t see a download button I click on the file and the drop down appears. I can click the file, sometimes the download dialogue box opens and sometimes it doesn’t which is strange. I would rely like just the download Button, of I can get that working the plugin will be great. Thank you for your help.
Open any browses debugger and look for errors that way. If you don’t know how to do this Google “browsers debugger”
Hi, tried to use firebug in firefox, did not show any errors. There is no download button in chrome or firefox. you can see here:

Thank you, hope I can get this fixed, much more professional with the download buttons
I just tested your site downloads seem to be working fine for me.
Do you see the downnload button? I managed to get the downloads working from the dropdown but not with the use of the download button? thanks for testing.
Both are working fine when I tested, am I missing something?
not sure how to send you a screen shot. There is no download button. There should be a red download rectangular button labelled download. There is no button, only way to download is to click the link and then press the download link.
Do u mean a download button on the list page or the post page
I have a feeling I’m setting this up wrong. Do you know where I could find some documentation on how to set up this. I need to click on a link in the header menu, named documentation for example as the parent menu. Then under that I need to have choices, for example report forms. When clucking on report forms a new window opens, inside there are all the forms, each having a download button is this how it will work or an I missing the point completely. Thanks again for your time.
It sounds like you have change some setting around.
Check mdocs settings and look at Hide Things and make sure that you have not clicked on one of these settings.
