  • Hi @shaar7,

Thank you for reaching out. I understand you’d like to instantly download your analytics. What you’ve observed is normal — WooCommerce allows direct downloads for smaller analytics files, but larger ones are sent via email, and unfortunately, there’s no built-in way to change this behavior.

Could you share why you prefer not to receive the download via email?

its not that big deal. but it will be easier and faster for the shop manager to get the report.

    Hi there!

I understand your concern. As explained here: WooCommerce Analytics Documentation, if all the report data can be shown on a single screen without pagination, the CSV file will download immediately. Otherwise, if your selected date range results in a data set that spans more than one page in the table, your CSV download will be processed as a background job by WooCommerce. Once the data is ready, an email will be sent to the address associated with your WordPress account, containing a link to download the file.

If you want to download large files through CSV, I suggest submitting a feature request so our developers can review it and decide whether it’s a necessary feature to add.

Yeah ok, clear. but the report, which is downloaded immediately, came with more columns or details than the report which sent to email.

like: cost of goods, profit, net sales. These columns are displayed on the immediate download report but not on the report that are sent to email.

Thank you for the clarification, and I completely understand your concerns. Please note that features like this are usually determined by the development team based on merchant requests and extensive testing. It’s also understandable that not all users have the server resources to handle such queries in real time, which is why larger or paginated reports are typically sent via email.

If you would like an option for direct download instead, please submit a feature request as suggested by my colleague. If it receives enough support, it may be considered for inclusion in a future release.

    Hi @shaar7,

It looks like you may have accidentally shared your previous response again. I’m not sure if this was unintentional or if you meant to share something different.
