IOS for certain, but I’m not sure about Android or Windows. I don’t know if it’s a cache issue, but that seems unlikely.

on mobile devices it opens the window in a new tab (thats how this API of PayPal works on mobile devices). I did a test myself on my site just now (using my iPhone) and the full checkout works fine. You need to wait after you hit the pay button for PayPal to send back to the other window where it will popup the thank you message (with the download link for the digital item).

I just had someone else test it on their iPhone, and there is no new tab/window that opens. They simply paid through Paypal and then nothing. No confirmation.

Of course. That doesn’t even make sense, because it wouldn’t/shouldn’t take that long for a new tab to open! As I stated above, this has been tested multiple times by multiple people on multiple different phones. They’ve all had the same experience: there is no new tab/window that opens. They simply paid through Paypal and then nothing. No confirmation.
