    Hello,

I just installed cleantalk anti spam in my website: jardimdapini.pt, i see that the WooCommerce checkout form is marked with a red cross in the active protections, why is this?

Also after installing your plug in i read that you say to disable the google recaptcha, is this right?I just installed the recaptcha V3, please let me know how to proceed.

    Thank you.

P.S. – My website as still not been launched, it will be in one or two weeks.

Thanks for the info, for what i read it will be better to unistall recaptcha V3 from my site and let only your plugin take care of all spam right?

Regarding the “WooCommerce checkout form” is it better to check this protection on in CleanTalk as your instructions? Why dosnt this option come checked by default?

    Regards!

    1. Yes, we recommend to disable recaptcha if you are using CleanTalk anti-spam plugin.

    2. You can enable “WooCommerce checkout form” option only if you have WooCommerce form need to be protected. This option is disabled by default, because not all sites use WooCommerce.

    Thank you.

    Hi,

I have set up mailchimp in my website for receiving newsletter emails from my website visitors, my question is i have double check activated, wich is kind of anoying for users because they have to receive an email and reconfirm the newsletter subscription, i know this is safer but is it needed with cleantalk intalled?

    Please let me know.

    Thanks!

    Hello @fiiphdan.

We believe you can disable email confirmation. CleanTalk plugin rejects all non-existent or blacklisted email addresses. It should be enough for mailing lists.

However, you can reenable confirmation anytime.

    Be well,
