 * I installed your plugin, inserted the code in the middle of my article and now
   there are two ad boxes in the post page.
 * One is in the place that it´s supposed to. The other in the final of the post.
 * The last one (the one I want to remove) is in all posts published…
 * THEY STAY THERE EVEN AFTER IN DELETE THE PLUGIN.

 * If the adds stay there after you delete the plugin then that means, you have 
   hardcoded that ad code into your theme’s template file. That ad code is not coming
   from this plugin. You can switch your theme quickly to verify what I am saying.
